Job summary

Healthcare Alternative Systems (HAS) seeks a Mental Health Therapist to provide trauma-informed assessments and psychotherapy across individual, family, and couples modalities. The role requires two evenings per week for after-hours appointments and involves case management, coordination with other providers, and active participation in trainings.

The position emphasizes serving diverse communities with bilingual English/Spanish capabilities and experience with IM+CANS; telehealth and in-person

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field from a regionally accredited institution.
• Candidates with LCSW/LCPC/LMFT or non-clinical licenses preferred. Bilingual capability valued.

Responsibilities

• Interviews participants using trauma-informed approach to gather information for IM+CANS IATP.
• Provide individual, family, and couples psychotherapy, including trauma-focused therapy.
• Maintain clinical case files and ensure quality audits of documentation.
• Deliver services in the HAS setting, including evening sessions two nights per week.
• Coordinate referrals and consult with external providers as needed.
• Participate in supervision, trainings, and community outreach.
• Provide HIPAA-compliant telehealth or in-person care as assigned.
