Fred Finch Youth & Family Services is a great place to work. Our employees help those with mental health issues every day. We are currently hiring a Bilingual Spanish‑Speaking Mental Health Therapist (either Mental Health Therapist I or II). The role involves providing individual, family, and group therapy, rehabilitation, case management and medication support for adolescents and transition‑age youth (TAY) ages 15‑25 in community settings.
Under administrative and clinical supervision or with consultation and direction, you will deliver behavioral health clinical intervention and recovery services to participants and their families. Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, conducting individual, group and family therapy, performing routine and emergency assessments, crisis intervention, and managing a caseload of children, youth and young adults. You will also provide consultation to staff, programs and agencies and assist with related duties as assigned.
