Job summary

Northeast Health Services, a member of Transformations Care Network, seeks Mental Health Therapists to empower clients in behavioral health. Thrive in a supportive clinical team focused on growth, licensure progress, and sustainable practice patterns.

Work with a multidisciplinary team, delivering outpatient therapy, risk planning, and collaborative care while maintaining professional documentation and ethical standards in a diverse community setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.
• Provisional license required if state regulation necessitates.
• Educational background that leads to or has resulted in professional licensing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy based on client needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Complete billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorizations on time.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, admin staff, and other therapists.
