Job summary

evolvedMD in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a Mental Health Therapist – Professional Counselor – Licensed Social Worker – Marriage and Family Therapist for a full-time, 32-hour work week. The role offers a base salary range of $52,000 to $73,120 plus a $2,500 bilingual stipend and bonus potential, with reporting to the Clinical Manager.

You will collaborate with a nationwide team of clinicians to provide evidenced-based psychosocial treatments, partner with primary care providers, and deliver brief,

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field plus an active license (LAC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, AMFT, or LMFT) in good standing.
• Proven passion for patient impact and prior experience as a counselor, therapist, or social worker with diverse patients.
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver Whole Patient Care, Upfront and Ongoing.

Responsibilities

• Be a critical part of a collaborative team delivering exceptional patient care.
• Partner with primary care providers to deliver whole-patient care.
• Provide brief, structured intervention techniques and evidence-based psychosocial treatments.
