evolvedMD is seeking a part-time Mental Health Therapist (Professional Counselor or Licensed Social Worker) in West Valley City, UT. The role is 24 hours per week over 3 weekdays, with bilingual Spanish/English required and a $5k sign-on.

You will join a collaborative team delivering high-quality patient care, partnering with primary care providers, and applying evidence-based psychosocial treatments. The role reports to Clinical Manager and offers a bilingual stipend and growth opportunities.

• Salary + Bonus Potential: $39,000 - $53,640 annually (depending on experience, market, and bonus opportunities) plus $2,500 bilingual stipend

The Job You’ll Do

Part of an innovative and award-winning team, your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Be a critical part of a collaborative team of behavioral and physical health clinicians committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
• Partner with primary care providers to deliver proven whole-patient care.
• Provide brief, structured intervention techniques (e.g., Behavioral Activation, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused) and evidence-based psychosocial treatments (e.g., Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy).
• Leverage real-time data to drive positive patient outcomes and understand your impact on the patients you serve.
• Contribute to an expanding clinical team committed to an innovative approach to serving patients.
