Chrysalis Health in Florida seeks a bilingual Master’s level Mental Health Therapist, Counselor or Social Worker to provide individual and family therapy with most sessions in person and some telehealth options.

Must reside in Florida, speak English and Spanish, and hold a Master’s degree in a relevant field. Flex hours, supervision, PTO, benefits, and a dedicated clinical manager support your professional growth and client caseload.

Qualifications

• Must reside within the State of Florida.
• Must Speak English and Spanish.
• Master’s degree from an accredited university in Psychology, Social Work, MFT, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Ability to flex hours to meet client scheduling needs and to provide services in homes, schools, and other community settings.
• Commitment to OPTimal career development and professional supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assess and determine the mental health needs of clients across ages and diagnoses.
• Conduct screenings, psychosocial assessments, progress notes, and referrals.
• Deliver services in the community; some sessions delivered in person; telehealth options available.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to improve client outcomes.
• Identify resources needed to fulfill identified needs.
• Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, school counselors and other health professionals.
• Advocate for patient access to community resources.
• Communicate treatment plans and progress to patients, families, and other health professionals.
• Provide individual and family therapy on psycho-social issues and caregiver support.
• Maintain professionalism to reassure patients of their care.
