Sea Mar Community Health Centers, a Federally Qualified Health Center, seeks a full-time Mental Health Therapist for our Behavioral Health Program in Monroe, WA. The therapist conducts assessments, provides individual counseling, crisis stabilization, and leads therapy groups, coordinating with psychiatric services.

A Master's in psychology or social work is required, and licensure as an MHP per Washington state rules is needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology or social work is required.
• Must qualify as an MHP per state WACs.
• Experience with the MHIP model of care and patient registries is required.
• Four or more years of experience in the field.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Provides diagnostic assessments for each patient and documents outcomes.
• Provides individual counseling and crisis stabilization.
• Leads therapy groups and coordinates with psychiatric services.
• Engages in case management and treatment planning with other teams.
• Maintains patient charts and confidentiality.
