Stars Behavioral Health Group in Sylmar, CA, is seeking a Bilingual Mental Health Therapist to join the Olive View Crisis Residential Treatment program. The role focuses on clinical assessment, treatment planning, and direct care to meet clients' physical and psychosocial needs.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in psychology or social work, CA BBS registration for MHS II or licensure for MHS III, a valid CA driver’s license, and First Aid certification or ability to obtain within 90

• Valid California Driver's License with a driving record that meets company eligibility policies.
• Current First Aid certification or ability to obtain certification within 90 days.
• Active registration with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as AMFT/ACSW/APCC (MHS II) or active licensure as LMFT/LCSW/LPCC (MHS III).

The MHS II is a clinical treatment team member who is also responsible for providing direct care to meet the physical and psychosocial needs of the clients through direct and indirect physical and verbal interaction. MHS II will also be engaged in admission and diagnostic formulation, screening incoming referrals, and work with referring parties (i.e. Social Workers, Nurses, hospital liaisons and etc.) to ensure appropriate client care and treatment planning.
