Job summary

Hope Haven Psychological Resource in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a compassionate Bilingual Mental Health Clinician to provide culturally sensitive, high-quality mental health care. You will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals, families, and groups in a diverse setting, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires a Master’s or higher in a relevant field, active Indiana licensure or eligibility, and fluency in English plus another language.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Active licensure in Indiana (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent) or license-eligible.
• Fluency in English and at least one additional language (Spanish/French Creole preferred).
• Experience providing individual, group, or family therapy in a clinical setting.
• Strong knowledge of DSM-5 diagnostic criteria and evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Cultural competency and experience working with diverse or underserved populations.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations for individuals, families, and groups.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Provide direct counseling and psychotherapy services in both English and a second language.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate client care and referrals.
• Support crisis intervention and safety planning as needed.
• Engage with culturally and linguistically diverse populations to ensure equitable access to care.
