• Stay current in the field by participating in workshops, training, and professional development.
• Maintain thorough, accurate documentation in compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Uphold the highest standards of client confidentiality and ethical practice.
• Actively engage in team meetings, networking efforts, and community outreach to support the organization\'s mission and values.

What We\'re Looking For

• Education: A master\'s degree and active licensure in mental health counseling or social work in the state where the clinic is located.
• Experience: At least one year of mental health counseling experience is preferred.
