Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule various appointments requested and transfer calls appropriately.
• Compose messages for physicians/providers and medical staff based on member requests.
• Respond to questions using online databases and provide information to members and staff.
• Identify ways to improve quality of service and recommend steps to accomplish changes.
