Wider Circle, a fast-growing boutique insurance agency focused on Medicare benefits for underserved populations, seeks a Medicare telesales professional in the Los Angeles area. Join a mission-driven team that drives enrollment and education, with a focus on relationship-building, outreach, and consultative sales.

The role requires outbound calling, travel within the service area, and the ability to work independently or with a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of Medicare telesales, telemarketing, or customer service in a call center.
• Travel throughout the organization's service area is required.
• Proficient verbal and written communication; capable of consultative sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation, relationship building, Scope of Appointment, product presentation, and enrollment.
• Make outbound calls daily to determine interest and eligibility.
• Visit provider clinics in Los Angeles and Orange County to meet beneficiaries.
• Explain products, handle objections, and close sales over phone or in person.
• Deliver education and complete enrollment applications; report production and forecasts.
• Develop sites and organizations for community and provider-based sales and marketing.
• Attend daily/weekly team meetings and maintain performance reports.
