WindRose Health Network seeks a Medical Receptionist - Bilingual Spanish to warmly welcome patients, direct callers, and coordinate front-desk operations in our Indiana facilities. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in healthcare receptionist roles, strong MS Word/Excel skills, EMR familiarity, and is fluent in Spanish to assist diverse patient populations.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED; excellent customer service skills.
• At least two years of experience as a receptionist in a healthcare setting.
• Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel and EMR systems.
• Bilingual in Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct callers to appropriate Health Center staff
• Taking messages when appropriate
• Schedules appointments, verifies registration information and patient demographics
• Collects patient co-pays or other payments
• Inspects reception room for neatness
