Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Check-in and check-out: process payments, collect receipts, and schedule follow-ups.
• Answer calls and respond to patient emails professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain organized patient records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist in obtaining authorizations or referrals as needed.
• Support general office tasks and keep reception area tidy and welcoming.
