Great opportunity to join an expanding Integrated Medicine practice! Newly remodeled facility with state of the art equipment.

We are looking for someone who speaks fluent Spanish.


We are looking for a full-time medical receptionist at our multi-specialty practice. We would prefer someone that can be more flexible of the days and hours. More details about scheduling can be discussed further.

We would prefer to have someone that has experience as a front desk/receptionist, but new graduates are also welcome!

Job Description:
Meet/greet patients, room set up, clean/sanitize rooms and equipment, take vitals, record patient's medical history, scheduling patient appointments, answer phones, update demographic/verify insurance, communicate with clients, pre-authorizations/verifications, insurance issues, data entry, update demographic/verify insurance.

EHR experience will be highly preferred

More importantly, we are looking for a friendly, self-motivated, and someone that actually enjoys working with patients. Last but not least, we need someone that can work well and help each others out. We currently have an excellent working environment and would loved to continue this way.

Some recommended skills include:
  • Answering phones in a friendly manner.
  • Providing excellent patient service.
  • Handling insurance benefits.
  • Collecting all monies owed from the patient.
  • Knowledge of insurance.
  • Knowledge of deductibles.
  • Scanning chart documents.
  • Mutli-tasking.
  • Tracking new patient growth.
  • Data entry.
