Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Supervise staff daily to ensure accuracy and full compliance with department operations.
• Coordinate scheduling, evaluate staff annually, and lead weekly meetings with OC/MGR.
• Monitor billing workflows, credentialing, and ensure timely submission and accuracy of encounters.
• Oversee on-call schedules, supply levels, and maintain documentation for audits and audits.
• Assist with staff training, timekeeping, and ensuring appropriate department coverage.
