Qualifications

• Fluent in English in written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Interpret medical information accurately for patients and families.
• Translate medical texts as requested for internal/external customers.
• Maintain quality service and positive interactions with patients and staff.
• Communicate scheduling and follow-up information to patients as needed.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per policies.
