Responsibilities

  • Provide consecutive interpretation face to face, over the phone, and by video.
  • Relate medical information between languages following policies and patient confidentiality.
  • Assist with interpreter scheduling and on-the-job training.
  • Arrange interpreter services and coordinate translation needs as required.
  • Support department operations and outreach activities.
