Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Computer proficiency with Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with scanner operation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates cross cultural communication; relays concepts, diagnosis, and medical questions in a quick and accurate manner for non-English speaking patients of all ages.
• Provide language interpretation as Spanish speaking patients interface with non-Spanish speakers.
• Provide written translation services.
• Follow-up with patients which may include making phone calls and documentation.
• Adjusts workload to handle priority needs and requests.
