This role is not just about checking boxes. It’s about accuracy, communication, and showing up steady when parents are stressed and kids don’t feel well. We’re looking for someone who is dependable, organized, compassionate, and able to stay calm while managing multiple priorities.
This is a fast-paced role. Some days are calm. Others move quickly. You may be balancing phones, walk-in families, insurance questions, payments, and clinical team needs all at once.

You’ll work with families who may be worried or frustrated and children who may not be feeling their best. Staying calm, communicating clearly, and treating every family with patience and respect are essential to success in this role.
We serve kids on some of their hardest days. Our clinics run on teamwork, preparation, and doing the right thing for families, even when it’s busy.
