Responsibilities

• Greet patients in English and Spanish, schedule appointments.
• Verify insurance and process payments, explaining coverage and balances.
• Manage patient records in EMR systems.
• Answer phones and coordinate with the medical team; interpret as needed.
• Assist with intake forms and paperwork for Spanish-speaking patients.
• Cross-train as Therapy Technician: assist chiropractors and guide therapeutic exercises.
