Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients in English and Spanish, and schedule appointments.
• Verify insurance and process payments, explaining coverage and balances in either language.
• Manage patient records in EMR systems.
• Answer phones and coordinate with the medical team, interpreting for Spanish-speaking patients as needed.
• Help Spanish-speaking patients complete intake forms and paperwork.
