Job summary

ADVANCED INSTRUMENTATIONS INC is seeking a Technical Manager to provide in-house and on-site service, training, and support for medical equipment. The role involves troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance for a dealer network and customers.

You will coordinate with suppliers, maintain service records, and drive customer satisfaction while supporting the sales team with product training. Residence in South Florida and Spanish language ability are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electrical, Electronic, or Biomedical Engineering.
• At least two years’ experience as a service/support person resolving issues.
• Excellent technical troubleshooting/repair skills for medical equipment.
• Strong customer services skills including verbal, written and interpersonal communication.
• Self-motivated; ability to work independently.
• Willing to travel overseas.
• Bilingual English/Spanish (Mandatory).
• Must reside in South Florida.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-house and on-site customer service, training, and support on all medical, hospital and surgical equipment.
• Support Customers and Dealer Network by providing training, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate repair activities/training with Suppliers and communicate status.
• Prepare and maintain accurate service records of work performed.
• Represent the company in a service role and enhance customer satisfaction.
