Job summary

Sanitas Medical Center seeks a Medical Center Supervisor to manage multiple clinic sites and support a team delivering quality care. You will align resources, optimize patient flow, and meet financial objectives while upholding the Sanitas Culture of compassion and respect.

You will lead staff daily, monitor performance, and drive improvements across all services including PCP visits, urgent care, and diagnostics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum 5 years supervisory experience.
• HIPAA testing required.
• Customer service skills and training.
• Computer knowledge required (Word, Excel, Internet).

Responsibilities

• Monitors how center staff are servicing patients and maintains facility performance.
• Leads daily Huddles with clinical and operational staff.
• Ensures required staffing for Clinical Ops positions based on budget needs.
• Creates staff schedules and handles PTO/coverage while maintaining patient satisfaction.
• Ensures safety and compliance with company policies and training.
