Job summary

Sanitas is seeking a Medical Center Supervisor to manage and operate medical practices across multiple specialty disciplines and sites. You will provide resources to providers, lead a staff team, and uphold the Sanitas culture of compassionate patient care while meeting financial objectives.

Responsibilities include optimizing patient experience, scheduling, huddles, and ensuring smooth Pre-Visit and Visit workflows, as well as lab, imaging, and administrative processes across centers.

Qualifications

• Computer knowledge required (Word, Excel, Internet).
• Experience managing staff and operations in a healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Patient Experience – Achieve NPS goal and ensure patients are informed of next steps.
• Deescalate potential patient complaints and address concerns promptly.
• Schedule optimization to meet provider and center goals.
• Lead daily huddles with clinical and operational staff.
• Oversee visit workflows to enhance PCP/specialty patient satisfaction and reduce no-show rates.
• Coordinate interdepartmental processes for referrals, HIM, and lab/DI services.
