Atos Medical, Inc. is seeking a bilingual Medical Billing Services Specialist to join our U.S. team in New Berlin, WI. You will manage revenue cycle activities, contacting patients and payers and supporting accurate billing for our products.

This role emphasizes problem solving, attention to detail, and collaboration with internal staff to resolve complex accounts while ensuring compliant and timely payments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of related experience in healthcare administration, financial or insurance customer service, claims, billing, or call center.

Responsabilités

• Handle patient accounts and billing inquiries via multiple channels.
• Investigate escalated billing inquiries and resolve accounts.
• Research and correct invoice discrepancies with staff.
• Route insurance and claims follow-up to appropriate teams.
• Explain coverage benefits and patient financial responsibilities.
• Process denials and adjustments as needed.
• Prepare correspondence and maintain payment history.
