AnovaWorks is seeking a Medical Assistant to support the medical provider and travel with the health screening team across the greater Seattle area and western WA. You will conduct exams such as respiratory tests and audiograms, and assist in coordinating patient services in a fast-paced occupational health setting.

The ideal candidate will have a Medical Assistant credential, WA license, and BLS, with experience in clinical workflows, vital signs, and specimen collection.

Qualifications

• Completion of Medical Assistant course or MA-C eligible.
• Washington State Medical Assistant License required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate services and personnel to ensure smooth patient service.
• Schedule patient visits and testing.
• Prepare patient charts and department forms per standards.
• Enter demographics, audiometric results, vital signs, and patient history into the system.
• Provide occupational health services including pulmonary function testing and audiometry.
• Administer medications and immunizations as allowed.
• Perform sample collection for blood and urinalysis.
• Arrange lab tests and notify patients of appointments.
