Job summary

AnovaWorks is seeking an Occupational Health Technician to perform drug screening, hearing testing, respirator fit testing, and cholinesterase monitoring at our clinics and client sites. Travel within central/eastern Washington is required, with a focus on empathy-based care.

The role requires bilingual Spanish proficiency, a high school diploma, and the ability to work closely with the occupational health team to ensure compliant, confidential service delivery.

Qualifications

• Must have bilingual Spanish; strong communication with patients and employers.
• High school diploma or GED required; related healthcare certification preferred.
• Experience with drug screening, hearing testing, and DOT/non-DOT protocols is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and maintain professional relations with customers and employers.
• Perform occupational health services: drug screening, hearing testing, respirator fit testing, cholinesterase monitoring.
• Collect specimens per DOT and non-DOT rules; follow federal guidelines.
• Protect confidentiality of employee health information and comply with HIPAA.
