AnovaWorks, PLLC in Seattle area is seeking a Medical Assistant to support providers and travel with the health screening team across greater Seattle and western WA. You will perform exams, administer vaccines, collect samples, and help coordinate services.

The role requires completion of a Medical Assistant program or MA-C certification, a WA MA license, and BLS. Travel, clinical duties, and occupational health testing are core parts of the job, with benefits and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Completion of MA program or MA-C certification.
• Washington State Medical Assistant License is required.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) required.
• CLIA-waived testing experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assists in coordinating services, providers, and personnel for smooth patient service.
• Schedules patient visits and testing.
• Prepares patient charts and forms per clinic standards.
• Obtains and enters demographics, audiometric results, vital signs, and history into the system.
• Provides occupational health services including pulmonary function and hearing testing.
• Administers medications and immunizations as ordered.
• Performs sample collection for blood and urinalysis.
• Coordinates labs, X-rays, and test results; notifies patients per schedule.
• Cleans rooms, stocks supplies, and maintains calibration records.
