LifeLong Medical Care is seeking a Medical Assistant at the Brookside San Pablo Health Center. The role supports a patient-centered care team in a teaching health center, with duties spanning clerical and clinical tasks using Electronic Health Records.

This is a full-time, 40-hour/week position, requiring bilingual English/Spanish proficiency and collaboration with residents and faculty. Compensation is $22/hour with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, paid

Qualifications

• High school diploma/equivalent and completion of an accredited Medical Assistant Program.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a community clinic or medical office.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet use.
• Current CPR from an AHA approved organization.

Responsabilités

• Utilize an Electronic Health Record system to document patient information and health history.
• Assist in patient flow, rooming, and obtaining vital signs.
• Prepare exam rooms and assist practitioners during examinations.
• Perform basic in-clinic labs and vaccines as ordered by provider.
• Provide patient education and support as directed by clinic protocols.
