Mission Neighborhood Health Center in San Francisco seeks a bilingual Medical Assistant to support clinical and front-desk operations. This full-time, non-exempt role requires English/Spanish proficiency, applies to a PCMH environment, and offers an hourly rate of $28.38 with full benefits.

You will welcome patients, take vital signs, assist providers, manage EMR, coordinate appointments, and help with front desk duties, including translation when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and MA training completion.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience with EHR systems.

Responsabilités

• Take vital signs and prepare patients for exams.
• Assist providers during examinations and procedures.
• Perform basic lab/POCT tests and specimen collection.
• Administer medications and immunizations as directed.
• Prepare exam rooms and maintain supplies.
• Coordinate patient flow and EMR documentation.
• Schedule appointments and manage referrals.
