Qualifications

• Five to ten years of medical assistant experience.
• One to three years of leadership experience.
• Medical Assistant certification
• Current BLS certification
• Medical Interpreter certification

Responsibilities

• Manages the day-to-day operations of the medical assistant team.
• Resolves patient, clinician, and staff issues and concerns.
• Ensures patient care standards and adherence to organizational policies.
• Coaches and mentors staff to ensure quality patient care.
• Scheduling staff and providing support to staff as a hands-on working supervisor.
• Recruits, trains, and develops staff.
• Manages daily schedule assignments for the medical assistant team.
• Develops individualized plans for training and development for staff.
