Job summary

ChenMed LLC is hiring a Care Promoter 1 in the United States. The role blends administrative and clinical tasks under physician supervision to keep centers running smoothly.

You will work as part of a physician-led care team serving a defined patient population, delivering essential care and health coaching. The position emphasizes compassionate patient interactions, accurate documentation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while following state practice acts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Graduation from Medical Assistant program or equivalent healthcare training.
• BLS certification required within first 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Measure and record vital signs and patient medical history.
• Communicate patient needs to PCP and clinical staff.
• Prepare patients for exams and assist physicians.
• Perform non-critical medical procedures under supervision.
• Collect lab specimens and perform basic waived tests.
• Prepare medications and assist with dressing changes.
• Maintain supplies and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Process patient calls and relay information to physicians.
• Call in prescriptions with physician authorization.
• Provide health coaching and follow up with patients.
