Job summary

East Florida Premium Medical Care L is seeking a bilingual Medical Assistant (English/Spanish) to support nurses and doctors in a fast-paced clinical setting in Florida. You will prepare charts, pull notes, set up equipment, and help with tests, lab reports, and patient communication to keep care on track.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service, attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and prior office experience.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required or preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Prior office experience in a medical setting is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for patient visits by pulling charts and notes and setting up medical equipment.
• Clean and manage instruments and equipment after use.
• Answer phones and field questions about medical issues and visit needs.
• Assist nurses and doctors with basic medical care and procedures.
• Track lab results, handle basic medical office duties, and call in prescriptions.
