Job summary

Valora Medical Group in Orlando, FL is seeking a Medical Assistant to support doctors and patients with efficient administrative and clinical tasks. You will document history, triage patients, update records, and coordinate care across clinics while ensuring accuracy and compassion.

You will perform blood draws, prepare rooms and instruments, assist during exams, administer immunizations, and help with scheduling, phones, and coverage as needed. Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and CMA certification required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required for this clinic.
• Minimum 2 years as a medical assistant.
• Proficiency in EMR and medical office systems.

Responsibilities

• Meet with patients and document medical history in EMR.
• Triage patients and update medical records.
• Coordinate care with specialists and outside facilities.
• Assist during medical examinations and prep rooms.
• Prepare instruments and perform blood draws for labs.
• Administer immunizations and injections; check medication dates.
• Schedule appointments and answer phones; assist with coverage.
