Job summary

USA Clinics Group is seeking a Medical Assistant to balance patient needs and maintain efficient clinic workflows across Fort Myers and Naples locations. You will support physicians with procedures before, during, and after, ensuring an excellent patient service experience.

The role requires 2-5 years of clinical experience, completion of a MA program (CMA/RMA/CCMA preferred), and bilingual Spanish/English skills, with paid training and possible Miami training logistics.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of hands-on clinical experience as a Medical Assistant.
• Experience performing clinical duties such as vital signs, patient rooming, phlebotomy, EKGs, injections, and specimen collection.
• Completion of a Medical Assistant training program and/or current CMA, RMA, or CCMA certification preferred.
• Proven patient-facing or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in Spanish & English.

Responsibilities

• Greet, room, and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming and positive patient experience.
• Obtain and document patient vital signs, medical histories, and other clinical information in EMR/EHR.
• Perform clinical tasks such as phlebotomy, EKGs, injections/vaccinations, specimen collection, and other duties within training and certification.
• Accurately document patient interactions and clinical information using EMR/EHR systems.
• Deliver exceptional patient service while managing a high volume of patient interactions in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Utilize EMR/EHR platforms such as Epic, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, or similar systems.
• Support patient care within a healthcare setting, including physician offices, clinics, urgent care centers, pharmacies, hospitals, or home health environments.

Position Summary:

As a Medical Assistant, you would balance the needs of patients and maintain efficient work flow of the office as well as provide support to the physician in all facets of medical procedures - before during and after. In addition, you would ensure that the patient has an excellent service experience.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday, Thursday, & Friday
• Locations: Fort Myers & Naples clinics
• Compensation: $22-$25/hr
• Paid training (may need to train in Miami; USA Clinics will cover expenses)
