Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; CMA/RMA preferred.
• BLS certification within 30 days of employment.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a physician's office or hospital.
• Proficiency with Athena EHR or similar system.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and escort them to exam rooms.
• Record vitals: height, weight, BP, pulse, respiration, temp.
• Assist with procedures and room preparation.
• Take before/after photos as required.
• Provide patient instructions and coordinate clinic flow.
• Maintain privacy and HIPAA compliance.
• Support inventory and supply management.
