Astrana Health is seeking a Medical Assistant to provide clinical and administrative support across our outpatient clinics in Alhambra, Arcadia, and City of Industry. The ideal candidate is flexible, dependable, organized, and able to adapt to different clinic environments while delivering a positive patient experience.

We prefer candidates who speak Cantonese or Mandarin to best serve our diverse patient population.

Qualifications

• Front desk experience in healthcare or equivalent administrative experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to work across multiple clinic locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians and medical staff with administrative and clinical duties under a provider.
• Schedule appointments and maintain medical records.
• Prepare treatment rooms and record patient history.
• Escort patients to exam rooms and measure vital signs.
• Document vitals and medical history in patient charts.
• Maintain organization in a fast-paced environment.
• May work extended hours as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
