Job summary

The position requires at least one year of Front Desk experience in healthcare, a high school diploma or GED, and bilingual abilities (Mandarin/Cantonese or Spanish preferred).

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience working as Front Desk in a healthcare setting or equivalent administrative experience.
• Must be able to work at Arcadia, Alhambra, and City of Industry locations.
• Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese, or Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians, nurses, and medical staff under provider supervision.
• Handle scheduling and medical records management.
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain sterile equipment.
• Record vital signs and interview patients for medical history.
• Document medical history, vitals, and test results in patient files.
• Maintain confidentiality and stay detail-oriented in a fast-paced setting.
• Prioritize workload and adapt to extended hours as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
