Job summary

USA Clinics Group is seeking a Medical Assistant to balance patient needs and maintain efficient office workflow. You will support physicians before, during, and after procedures and ensure an exceptional patient experience.

Locations include Southampton, Philadelphia (Bustleton Ave), and Trenton. Schedule is Monday through Friday. Compensation ranges from $23–$26 per hour. English/Spanish bilingual required; CMA/RMA/CCMA preferred; high school diploma and MA training required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years clinical experience as Medical Assistant or similar role.
• Completion of MA training and CMA/RMA/CCMA certification preferred; bilingual in English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Greet, room, and assist patients, ensuring a welcoming experience.
• Record vital signs, histories, and clinical data in the EMR/EHR.
• Perform phlebotomy, EKGs, injections, vaccinations, and specimen collection as trained.
• Document patient interactions accurately in EMR/EHR systems.
• Support patient care in physician offices, clinics, urgent care centers, or hospitals.
