Job summary

Sea America Inc in Georgia seeks a Bilingual Mechanical Field Service Engineer to install, service, and optimize semiconductor equipment at customer sites. This role requires cleanroom experience, regular travel within Georgia and across the US, and bilingual support in Korean and English.

The successful candidate will work with engineering, production, and maintenance teams, providing hands-on mechanical support to maximize uptime and performance while documenting activities and ensuring safety

Qualifications

• Fluency in Korean and English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Associate degree or technical cert in Mechanical/Engineering/Industrial Maintenance or related field.
• Experience with mechanical troubleshooting in manufacturing or semiconductor equipment preferred.
• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical systems (pneumatic, pumps, bearings, valves, piping).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in customer-facing environments.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair semiconductor equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance per specs and customer needs.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Troubleshoot pumps, valves, bearings, pneumatics, plumbing, and related systems.
• Support startups, process qualifications, and optimization projects.
• Collaborate with customer technicians, engineers, operators, and management to resolve issues.
• Provide bilingual technical support in Korean and English.
• Document service activities, maintenance records, and equipment data.
• Ensure safety compliance with all requirements.
