S.E.A. Group is seeking a Bilingual Mechanical Field Service Engineer to install, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and optimize semiconductor equipment at customer facilities in Georgia and surrounding regions.

The role requires strong mechanical skills, hands-on problem solving, and the ability to communicate in both Korean and English with customers and internal teams. Travel up to 40% within the US and some international training may be required.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Korean and English fluency (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Associate degree or technical certification in Mechanical/Engineering Technology or related field.
• Experience in mechanical troubleshooting in manufacturing, semiconductor equipment or related industries preferred.

Responsabilités

• Install, commission, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance per equipment specs and customer requirements.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and conduct root cause analyses.
• Troubleshoot mechanical systems including pumps, valves, bearings, pneumatics, plumbing, and related components.
• Support equipment startups, process qualifications, and optimization projects.
• Collaborate with customer technicians, engineers, operators, and management to resolve issues.
• Document service activities, maintenance records, and equipment performance data.
