Activ8 Recruitment & Solutions in the United States seeks a bilingual Site Manager (Korean/English) for a global semiconductor automation project. You will lead machine installation efforts, coordinate large teams, and drive safety and quality at a high-travel site.

The role requires 3–5 years of semiconductor automation experience, an Associate's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, and willingness to travel over 90% (domestic and international).

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with semiconductor automation experience.
• Fluency in Korean and English (speaking/writing/listening).
• Travel more than 90% and willingness to visit overseas sites.
• Familiarity with equipment such as Stocker, conveyors, AGV's and/or OHT systems.
• Clean criminal and driver's license.
• Manufacturing/warehousing/office work environment adaptability.

Responsabilités

• Lead machine installation projects on the semiconductor industry.
• Plan, initiate, and manage projects with scope typically larger than 50 team members.
• Perform as an Area Manager.
• Collaborate with other site managers/Installation coordinators on larger scale/complex projects.
• Lead other site managers/Installation coordinators on larger scale/complex projects.
• Create and provide site safety procedures.
• Coordinate and direct installation resource plans at site to meet project requirements.
• Liaise with customer for all installation related activities; manage communication with stakeholders.
• Complete and distribute project installation reports.
• Other duties as assigned by upper management.

A global automation machinery manufacturer is looking for a Site Manager who is bilingual in Korean and English. The ideal candidate would be someone who has experience in the Semiconductor factory machine installation experience. Most of the project is about 100 people in size including vendors and contractors. We are looking for someone who has a minimum of 2- 3 years hands-on project management experience with ability to do business trips (Domestically and Internationally). Please note this position is very travel heavy.

• Lead machine installation projects on the semiconductor industry

Qualifications for Bilingual (Korean/English) Site Manager:

• Associates degree (AS) in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with 3-5 years of semiconductor automation experience
• Must be in fluent in both Korean and English (Speaking/Writing/ Listening)
• Ability to travel more than 90% and remain at site for extended periods (travels may include overseas sites)
• Familiarity with more than one set of the following pieces of equipment operation and maintenance: Stocker, conveyors, AGV's and/or OHT systems
• Clean criminal and driver's license
• This position includes manufacturing and warehousing/office work environment. While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.
