Job summary

S.E.A. Group in Cartersville, GA is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair wet process equipment used in semiconductor, solar, or related manufacturing environments.

You will work on-site with customer operations, engineering teams, and equipment suppliers to ensure maximum tool uptime and performance. Korean language proficiency is essential to support communication with Korean-speaking personnel and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical training in engineering, electronics, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience with machinery, technology, or electronics.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair customer production equipment.
• Diagnose equipment issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Support equipment startups, commissioning, and process optimization efforts.
• Work closely with customer operators, engineers, and management to resolve technical issues.
• Communicate effectively with Korean- and English-speaking stakeholders.
• Complete service reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation.
• Follow all customer and company safety procedures.
• Support on-call and after-hours service requirements.
• Travel up to 40% to other client locations as needed.
