Job summary

Comrise is seeking a bilingual English/Mandarin Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring for our automotive and battery operations. The role focuses on sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and assisting the hiring process at the Glendale, KY site.

Responsibilities include screening candidates, coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers, building a pipeline of qualified talent, and maintaining recruiting records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• HR or recruiting experience is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with Chinese corporate culture and business practices.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Recent graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome.

• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates

Preferred: Technical recruiting or experience in the automotive, EV, or battery industry.

Special notes:

• This role will focus on the Glendale, KY site (this is onsite).
• There will be a 6-month training in Marshall, MI.
• Relocation package is around $6,000 to $7,000 for candidates who will relocate to the Glendale, KY site.
