Job summary

Leadpoint Business Services is seeking a full-time Bilingual Maintenance Helper in Clackamas, OR to support the site management team. The role involves assisting maintenance technicians with installation, maintenance and repairs, performing preventative maintenance, and cleaning work areas as needed.

The position operates on the 3rd shift (9:00 PM – 5:30 AM) with a pay rate of $22.66 per hour. Weekend work is possible on occasion, and opportunities for advancement exist within the team.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of mechanics and the ability to use hand/power tools.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and up to 80 lbs as needed.
• Demonstrated common sense, judgment, communication skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assist maintenance technicians with installation, maintenance, and repairs of equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and equipment repair.
• Clean work areas, machines and tools as needed.
• Prepare workstations and transfer tools, parts, equipment and supplies as required.
• Support with preventive maintenance work orders and follow safety rules (OSHA).
