Qualifications

• Must be available for weekends and on-call emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the facility and grounds based on community objectives.
• Operates and maintains on-site equipment in compliance with health, safety and OSHA policies.
• Performs detailed turnover of apartments including painting, carpentry, drywall patching, appliance maintenance, and make-ready checklists.
• Responds to work orders promptly, participates in on-call rotation with the maintenance team.
• Assists with inspection of public areas and resident apartments to uphold maintenance standards.
• Maintains storage areas, tools, and equipment in a secure manner.
• Ensures compliance with company policy while delivering high levels of customer service.
• Participates in training workshops and safety meetings as necessary.
