Job summary

Mountain Valley Maintenance in Colorado is seeking a working foreman to lead a maintenance labor crew, year‑round in the Vail Valley. You will run daily assignments, ensure safety, and provide bilingual instruction in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading a crew in outdoor maintenance (snow, landscaping).
• Experience operating plow trucks and skid steers.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required to instruct crew and communicate with clients.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; US work authorized.
• Able to use a smartphone/tablet for time tracking, notes, and photos.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate a crew of 4–6 maintenance laborers.
• Give safety and work instructions in English and Spanish; lead daily safety talks.
• Set the example for quality, pace, safety, and property respect.
• Track crew hours, job notes, and site photos in Jobber; assist Maintenance Manager with hiring and feedback.
• Oversee snow operations, landscaping, irrigation, and year‑round maintenance tasks.
