Job summary

Mountain Valley Maintenance in the Vail Valley seeks a working foreman to lead a 4–6 person maintenance crew year-round. You’ll manage snow operations, landscaping, irrigation, and general upkeep with safety as priority.

You will work in the field daily, report to the Maintenance Manager, and train crew members while delivering consistent, high-quality service to property owners and residents. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of leadership, bilingual English/Spanish, and the ability to start at

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading a crew in snow removal, landscaping, grounds, or similar outdoor maintenance work.
• Experience operating plow trucks and skid steers.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish to give safety and work instructions and talk with clients/owners.
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record (CDL not required).
• Able to use a smartphone or tablet for time tracking, photos, and job notes.
• Available for 3am starts on storm days and weekend snow coverage.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate a crew of 4 to 6 maintenance laborers.
• Give clear safety and work instructions in English and Spanish; run daily safety talks.
• Set the example on quality, pace, safety, and respect for properties/residents.
• Track crew hours, daily job notes, and site photos in Jobber.
• Assist the Maintenance Manager with hiring, training, and performance feedback.
