• Check machine output and identify issues, adjust settings as needed to meet specifications.
• Inspect parts to specification and make adjustments or tool changes as necessary.

Location: Delavan, WI

Wage: $18.10-19.10/HR

Hours: 2nd Shift: 3pm-11pm3rd Shift: 11p-7am

Responsibilities:

• Perform necessary pre-operation activities to ensure proper equipment startup and operation on multiple pieces of equipment.
• Perform various tasks to set up, load materials, operate, monitor, troubleshoot, clean, and complete preventive maintenance on assigned machines.
• Set up and operate single or multiple production machines in accordance with established procedures and guidelines to ensure quality production and minimal unplanned stops.
• Check machine output and identify any issues.
• Adjust machine settings to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications.
• Inspect parts to specifications and make adjustments, or tool changes as necessary to maintain quality specifications.
• Box tubes, fill out tags, inspect and gauge tubes.
• Observe and assess tubes, communicate and recommend changes and adjustments
